Dr. Jacqueline Glass is a Professor of Urban Planning at the University of Pennsylvania and the Director of the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy. She is a leading expert on urban development, housing, and transportation policy.

Dr. Glass has authored numerous books and articles on urban issues, including her most recent book, "The Urban Fix: Governing Urban Development in a Global Era" (2022). She has also served as an advisor to governments and international organizations around the world.
